Axis Communications is now looking for a driven Windows Helpdesk Technician who wants to work closely with users and deliver world-class IT support. About the role

As a Windows Helpdesk Technician, you will be part of a dedicated IT Helpdesk team responsible for 1st line support to several thousand users in Sweden as well as 2nd line support to international helpdesk functions. The team consists of about 40 colleagues who together support everything from clients and telephony to conference rooms and access management.

The role is operational, user-focused, and hands-on. Part of your working time will be allocated to a visitors' room, where you meet colleagues on-site for troubleshooting, handing out computers and accessories, and providing practical support.

Your responsibilities

You will primarily be responsible for support within the Windows client platform and will work with:

  • Support via ticketing systems (ServiceNow), phone, remote, onsite, and visitors' room

  • Installation, configuration, and delivery of computers

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software

  • Administration in AD, Azure, and Intune

  • Installation of computers using Autopilot

  • Creating and maintaining documentation

  • Participating in and sometimes coordinating larger tasks, e.g., OS rollouts

In addition to ticket work, other responsibilities within the helpdesk may occur.

We are looking for someone who…

  • Has experience in client support within Windows

  • Is used to working systematically in a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow)

  • Enjoys user contact and provides professional service

  • Is self-driven, motivated, and takes responsibility

  • Is communicative and pedagogical in both speech and writing

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

  • Likes to collaborate in a team but can drive their own cases

Meritorious

  • Experience with larger tasks such as OS rollouts

  • Knowledge of Linux, Mac, mobile devices, or conference room technology

  • Experience with AD, Azure, Intune, and Autopilot

Practical information

  • Location: Lund

  • Working hours: 08:00–17:00

  • Work format: 100% on-site
